Master of Public Administration

• Are you a professional with natural leadership abilities working in the public or non-profit sectors? The Masters of Public Administration (MPA) program at Argosy University is designed to develop action-oriented problem-solving managers for the public sector, especially at the state and local levels of government.  Designed for working adults, students have the opportunity to develop the competencies required to execute the duties and responsibilities of public sector managers, including evaluation and supervision of employees, reinforcement of the organizational mission, and effectively managing organizational resources.

• Students can work with an Academic Counselor to tailor their coursework to their specific needs. Students in the MPA program can choose from three specializations:

  • State and Local Government
  • Emergency Preparedness and Response
  • Homeland Security
